The game did not just have an extreme graphics make over but rebuilt the entire gameplay of it. The graphics were insanely detailed and go as far as the zombies having white eyes as to pieces of flesh getting blown away by your shots. The maps look pretty much the same as the original except for some changes, but what really impressed me was that there was no loading from room to room so zombies can open doors. My only complains are that there really weren't any puzzles everything was pretty straightforward and the boss battles were too repetitive but that's because the original was like that.
